Covid-19 update:

To our valued patients:

Amid the Covid-19 outbreak, we want to take every measure possible to keep our patients and staff safe.

Currently, we are rescheduling all routine eye exams and follow ups until March 27th or until further notice.

We will continue to see any eye related emergencies and encourage you to contact our office instead of the Emergency Room if you are experiencing new flashes of lights, floaters, new red eye or any sudden loss or change in vision. We will have staff answering our phones and checking voicemail. We are closed the afternoon of March 20 and all day Monday March 22, 2020. Email will also be available for non-urgent questions or concerns. (eyedocs@ntlsympatico.ca or 705-264-8338)

Glasses will be available to pick up if they are ready, however we do ask that you call ahead and set up a window of time when you’re available to come in. This will help reduce the number of people in our office at any given time.

Contact lens patients: all orders for one year can be directly shipped to you. For contacts that are currently waiting to be picked up we ask that you follow the same guideline for glasses pick up.

We hope everyone stays safe & remains calm during this time. We are here to answer any and all questions.

Contact Lens Order Form

*An annual contact lens assessment is required for all contact lens reorders. All online contact lens orders are for our current and existing patients only, who are reordering lenses that have been verified on their eyes, by our optometrists in-person.
*Comprehensive eye examination are highly recommended annually, in addition to annual contact lens health assessments.
*Please feel free to contact the clinic with any questions.

All orders will be verified for accuracy and patients will be contacted for confirmation of the above.
